Remedy Entertainment PLC’s Annual Report 2022, Financial Statement, Remuneration Policy, Remuneration Report and Corporate Governance Statement have been published
Remedy has published its Annual Report, Financial Statement and Corporate Governance Statement for the year 2022. Remedy also published today its Remuneration Report 2022 and Remuneration Policy for the first time. The Remuneration Report and Remuneration Policy are presented for advisory adoption for the Annual General Meeting 2023.
All documents are attached to this release and are available at the company’s website: https://investors.remedygames.com.
In addition to a PDF file, the Financial Statement 2022 is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an XHTML file (in Finnish). In line with the ESEF requirements, the Group’s primary statements and notes are labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Remedy’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
