Remedy Entertainment Plc has applied for its shares to be listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd
Remedy Entertainment Plc (“Remedy” or the “Company”) has today filed a listing application with Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd (“Nasdaq Helsinki”) for listing the Company’s shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki (the “Listing”). The Listing is conditional on Nasdaq Helsinki approving the Company’s listing application and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approving the prospectus prepared in connection with the Listing. Trading in the shares is expected to commence on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki on or about 4 May 2022.
The goal of the Listing is to increase Remedy’s brand awareness, improve the liquidity of its shares, and help it reach a broader owner base.
“Remedy has been listed on the First North marketplace since May 2017. Since our First North listing, we have launched several games and expansions, gotten our multi-project model up and running and have expanded our new games pipeline and partner network. At the same we have built the capacity to transfer to the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki. We see 2022 as the right time for us to make a transfer to Nasdaq Helsinki’s official list.” says Tero Virtala, CEO of Remedy.
At the same time, Remedy has requested its shares to be removed from the First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.
The trading code of the Company’s shares REMEDY and the ISIN code FI4000251897 will remain unchanged. As of this day, Remedy complies with the regulations on the disclosure obligations of companies listed on a regulated market.
