Remedy Entertainment Plc: Accendo’s shareholding in Remedy has gone above the 15 percent threshold
Remedy Entertainment Plc has today, on 31 August 2022, received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which Accendo Capital SICAV RAIF’s shareholding of Remedy shares and voting rights has gone above the 15 percent threshold on 30 August 2022. According to the notification, Accendo Capital SICAV RAIF’s shareholding in Remedy has increased to 2,026,614 shares, corresponding to 15.23 percent of Remedy’s shares and voting rights. Remedy’s registered total number of shares and voting rights amounting to 13,302,700 has been used in the calculation of percentages for the notification.
