## Share information

Remedy's share capital amounts to EUR 80,000. Shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The company's shares have been included in the book-entry system since May 5, 2017. 

As of December 31, 2025, Remedy is not aware of any shareholders’ agreements regarding its shares.
